We want to take you by the hand (figuratively), and walk you through Amsterdam’s past (literally); explaining, or at least exploring, Dutch culture by weaving fun, engaging and and just plain weird historical myths, legends, facts and even some (popular) lies into a frilly lace bonnet of cultural understanding.

Born from the oppressive pirate den of TDBG (jk we love you guys, now please release my dog). We had a strong desire to delve deeper into the history of Amsterdam than the ever moving boats allowed us to do. Our carefully curated tours are designed to show you the most interesting neighbourhoods and sites that are in themselves monuments to this city’s 800 + year history.
